4 Unknown Signs Of Emotional Abuse

I know because he or she has not raised their hand to hit you or even come close to that, you think it is not abuse.
Emotional abuse is the worst form of abuse because it is not easy to spot and unlike physical beatings that are evident, people hardly believe victims of emotional abuse because they do not have physical scars to prove their accusations.
Well I am here to tell you emotional abuse is not okay because it is not just a phase that will pass and until you recognize the signs and leave, you will be stuck forever. Find out down below if your partner is emotionally abusing you and come to conclusion:

#1.  Fear
You are in constant fear of even saying anything that they may take the wrong way. This is the most common sign when it comes to emotional abuse and it should be taken very seriously because you cannot be in a relationship whereby every time there is something to talk about you get anxious because you fear your partner will overreact and blow up in your face. How then do you both discuss your feelings?
#2.  Guilt
In this case, your partner always makes you feel like everything is your fault and for some reason you’ve started believing it and blaming yourself. They usually do this by putting words in your mouth and turning around to blame you for speaking those same words, and then you start to wonder if you really are blameless.

#3.  Clingy
Abusive partners, whether physical or emotional are often very clingy. They always want to be around or no what you up to and they put up a fuss when things do not go according to how they want it leaving you drained and stressed.

#4.   Alienation
They often make you feel stupid for hanging with friends who in reality are your biggest support system. In the end, you start feeling alone and sad, needing his or her company all the time to deal with the loss of your family and friends.
Get help. Whatever you do, find a way to leave any such relationship because such relationships only end badly and the victim loses the hardest.
